2. Not a Substitute for Therapy or Medical Advice
IMPORTANT: HeartFeltHelps.Me is not a licensed therapy service.
Our platform uses AI technology to provide emotional support and personal reflection tools. However, it is not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, crisis support, or medical advice from a qualified provider.
If you are in emotional distress, facing a mental health crisis, or having thoughts of self-harm, please seek immediate help from a licensed therapist, counselor, medical professional, or call emergency services or a mental health crisis hotline.
We do not provide clinical diagnoses, mental health evaluations, or treatment plans.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
5. AI-Generated Content
The responses you receive from the AI are generated by algorithms and may not reflect human judgment, professional standards, or clinical accuracy. You understand and agree that any content generated by the AI is for informational and self-help purposes only, and should not be relied upon for serious decisions.
We are not liable for any reliance you place on AI-generated content.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Service:

- To violate any applicable laws or regulations
- To post or share harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. Termination
